A unique project on a fast-track, this began as assisting the new firm with locating new facilities. After acquiring the property at 1717 Park, Vantage was contracted to assist in the phasing of the entire project, to assist in the programming, design and construction project management for the first Phase of the building’s rehab. Phase II continues with management of the rehab of additional office space in the rear of the building and the renovation of additional leasable office.

Vantage continues to provide Great Rivers Greenway District and the City of St. Louis Project Management Services which include: initial planning, stakeholder meeting facilitation to construction oversight for the implementation of a new on road bike system in the St. Louis area.

Julie gained valuable experience while working in consulting roles for two of the country's largest design firms, Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum and Jacob's Engineering. While in these positions she worked directly with executives, senior management, and management at all levels with the organization. Through facilitating work sessions, analyzing work processes, and surveying and interviewing employees, Julie was responsible for developing project programs from which critical strategic facility decisions could be made. She provided these services to such clients as Bank of America, Baylor University, Parke-Davis, Whirlpool, and the University of Colorado at Denver.

Julie gained valuable experience while working with Roger Fritz and the Leadership by Design, Inc. team on designing and facilitating strategic planning sessions for such clients as The Jones Company, Citizens for Modern Transit, and the St. Louis County Cable Commission.

	Vantage LLC provided Project Management for the rehab of a 1600 sq. ft. carriage house in Lafayette Square. From design consulting for the kitchen, the design and coordination of custom cabinetry and construction project oversight, Vantage LLC helped to see the project to completion.
