Services – Design Phase

• Help owner’s to select the design team.
• Act as the owner’s primary contact throughout the process.
• Ensure the final design and product meets the standards and goals of the client.
• Provide Design team coordination
• Define the project process
• Oversight of project scheduling, budgeting and project financials.
• Facilitate regular meetings with contractors to ensure progress and provide owner with regular status reports.
• Attend meetings with the Owner, boards or other meetings to provide updates and status reports.
