Services – Construction Phase

• Provide oversight and management of the construction process.
• Manage regular contractor/sub-contractor status meetings and provide owner with regular reports.
  
• Review of construction documents, shop drawings and specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
  
• Oversight of the construction schedule
  
• Help coordinate furniture budgeting, acquisition and/or move planning and oversight.
  
• Coordination of peripheral systems and support including phone, data, signage, etc.
  
• Review of all contractor payouts.
  
• Actively manage the close out process including punch list creation, final walk through, systems documentation and any other necessary facility related data.
  
• Coordinate with contractor final occupancy permit.
